Refund policy

Replacements for Damages:

Purchases made from our online store of www.promantralabs.in can not be returned after purchase. We offer full-replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone. You can write to us at info@promantralabs.in
Conditions eligible for replacements are:
         - Water damage to the packaging
         - Tampered or opened seal of pouch
          
Order Mismatch/ Missing Items:
We double check all our orders before packing and shipping them to you. 
However, if you happen to receive your order with the wrong or missing items, contact info@promantralabs.in within 24 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box and the invoice slip inside the box. 

Returns:

No return requests will be accepted on items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.

Cancellations:

All cancellations will be done after a 5% deduction as transactional fees if the product is not shipped out. Reach out to us on info@promantralabs.in for the same and we will get back to you in 24 working hours.
For cancellations post dispatch, refund will be made after a deduction of 10 % of the order value or after deducting Rs. 400 as the cancellation charge, whichever is higher.
Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.
